Captain Scylla

Description

Scylla is the captain of the pirates that sail the Ship of Scylla. The pirates go around hunting "sea monsters", including "sirens". Their reasonings are to scare them off or get rid of them so that they don't harm humans anymore. They have captured and killed many merfolk because of their beliefs about them. They also throw a lot of their waste into the ocean, causing the Kelpie Kingdom to have waste problems. Scylla's crew and Kelpie Kingdom do not get along at all, but the pirates are not aware there even is a kingdom under the sea. However, the merfolk are aware of them, and they are the reason King Leviathan has put certain laws in place to protect his kind. Scylla leads the pirates into doing all they do, since she believes in getting rid of monsters so humans can be at "peace". She has no remorse and thinks that non-human species don't have any feelings, and are incapable of having families. Scylla loves recieving riches in exchange for turning in sea monsters.
